Andisheh TV is a Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California based free-to-air 24 hour Television Station that broadcasts in Persian, English, Arabic, Turkish, Armenian and Assyrian via Galaxy 25 satellite to the United States and Canada, and Hot Bird 8 to Europe, Iran and the Middle East. The station is also widely viewed in Afghanistan and Tajikistan that have large Persian speaking populations.
Andisheh features news, sports, cultural, music, drama, movies, current affairs and children programming with a strong line-up of locally produced shows.[1]
Andisheh was formerly managed by Daryoush Zahab, an Iranian media personality and a household name for his popular nightly sports show, Sports Digest, from Los Angeles for the past decade. Effective May 5, 2010, Daryoush Zahab resigned from his management post and no longer is affiliated with Andisheh TV.
